Our Guarantee

Blue Sky Favors will provide a professionally decorated teepee party and/or party favors specified in the invoice or contract. We value all our clients and appreciate you for choosing us to help with your special event. Each order is made with care, and we guarantee general design elements will be met as outline in your invoice or contract. If there are any issues with your order, they must be brought to our attention upon pick up or party date.

 

Payment Process 

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and theme and will be applied to the final balance.  Final payment along with headcount & refundable damage deposit is due 21 days before your event. There is a $100 refundable damage deposit and it will be refunded within 72 hours after party pick up so long as there are no damages to any rental items. You may add guests (based on availability) but you cannot subtract guests after the initial booking. Any additional requests or changes is based upon availablity and not guranteed.  Any changes may incur additonal fees.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 61 days prior to the party date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 60 days of the original party date. The costs of add-on items or any additional custom order deposits are non-refundable and can not be allocated to another party.

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your party up to (14) fourteen days prior to scheduled party date. You must reschedule your event within 60 days of original party date, however availabilty is not guarenteed.    Any funds paid to-date, minus any custom order amounts or deposits, will be applied to the cost of your rescheduled party if held within 60 days of the original party date, otherwise the funds will be forfeited.

 

Travel Fee

There will be an additional fee of $1.75 a mile (round trip for delivery day & round trip for pick up day) + tolls for parties more than 15 miles from Blue Sky Favors LLC. Tolls will be deducted from the damage deposit.

 

Space Requirements

Each teepee setup requires approximately 3.5’ wide, 6.25’ deep, and 6’ feet high. We can arrange the setup in various configurations depending on your space (straight line, semi-circle, full circle, rows facing each other, aisles, etc). The space needs to be emptied and ready for set up before we arrive. We will not assist with moving furniture. It is up to the client to ensure there is enough space for reserved tents.  Should there be unused tents due to space limitations, there will be no refunds or credits for unused tents.

 

Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware we are not an allergy free facility and while we will make all efforts to prevent cross-contact there is still a risk of the allergen being present in our products.

 

Photographs and Marketing

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph or video our events and goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

 

Insurance

Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. Blue Sky Favors LLC is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. The Client accepts all liability when renting from Blue Sky Favors LLC. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.

 

Damages

General cleaning of all items are included in the price.

The Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any Blue Sky Favors LLC equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the Client’s premises. This includes breakages of teepees frames/lights/breakfast trays, tears/holes in the teepee fabric/pillows/linens/plushes/air mattresses, or extra cleaning needed due to stains.

 

If any item is damaged or stained, charges will be deducted from the damage deposit in order to replace the item including staff time. If the cost of damages exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, an invoice will be sent to the Client and must be paid by the Client within 24 hours.

Blue Sky Favors LLC items exposed to cigarette smoke will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.

 

It is the responsibility of the Client to take duty of care and always supervise children with the hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the Client’s premises as Blue Sky Favors LLC’s hire equipment is not recommended for children under the age of 5.

Acknowledge & Agreement

Blue Sky Favors LLC has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the party agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies BEFORE reserving your party
